The successful candidate will oversee a dedicated counselling team, guiding our students toward entry into leading global universities while ensuring a comprehensive enrichment programme that prepares them for the challenges of higher education and independent living. Our students apply to a diverse range of destinations worldwide. Candidates with extensive experience in leading higher education counselling and deep knowledge of application processes across key destinations including the UK, USA, Australia, Asia, Canada, and Europe are essential. As the lead for this department, you will build and refine robust application systems, foster relationships with top global universities, and act as the key advisor to the Senior Leadership Team on all Higher Education and Careers matters. We are looking for a visionary leader who loves working with teenagers, excels in leading and inspiring colleagues, and understands the hard work required to build an outstanding school.
