Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription directly from your Employer Dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What is the Pay-As-You-Go option?
If you recruit only occasionally, you can purchase individual job postings for $49 per vacancy without subscribing to a monthly plan. This option provides a simple, flexible way to advertise vacancies when needed.
How does AI Teacher Matching work?
Our AI analyzes your vacancy requirements, curriculum, preferred location, and candidate qualifications to identify the most relevant teachers from our global database. This helps schools save time and focus on the strongest applicants first.
Are teachers verified?
Yes. We encourage teachers to upload qualifications, teaching licenses, references, and identity documents. Verified profiles receive a verification badge, helping schools identify trusted candidates quickly.
Can I access the teacher database?
Teacher database access is available on selected paid plans. Schools can search candidates by curriculum experience, subject specialization, nationality, teaching qualifications, and preferred country.
How long does a job posting remain active?
All standard job postings remain active for 30 days. Premium plans may include enhanced visibility and priority placement to attract more applicants.
Do paid plans include VAT or local taxes?
All prices are displayed in USD and exclude any applicable local taxes or VAT. Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout where required by law.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your country.
Do you charge recruitment fees?
OxfordTeachConnect is a job board and teacher marketplace. Schools only pay for job postings or subscriptions. No placement fee is charged unless a separate recruitment agreement is signed.
