* Co-design and implement English curriculum and lesson plans together with Chinese teaching staff. * Adapt teaching methods to suit children with varying levels of English proficiency. * Continuously track and document each student’s learning progress, maintaining records and portfolios. * Ensure the safety and well-being of students during both indoor and outdoor activities. * Respond promptly to children’s individual needs, whether verbal or non-verbal, while respecting their personality, abilities, and cultural background.
* Native English speaker . * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field. * At least 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten or with 3–6 year old students，Able to submit recommendation letters. * Ability to pass a background check，Ability to provide a health report.
