Peak teaching hours: 17:00–22:00 on weekdays, 09:00–21:00 on weekends (Beijing Time) Student age group: 6–16 years old Core teaching courses: Reading Explorer (RE) & Great Writing ( GW) , including one-on-one and small group class settings Teaching platform: Our proprietary platform, including a dedicated Teacher Center and interactive online classroom Class duration: 50 minutes or 90 minutes per regular class Class types: One-on-one ( 50mins ) Small-group (4–6 students) ( 50 mins / 90mins) Pay range: One-on-one class: $10–15 per 50-minute class, based on teaching experience, curriculum proficiency and teaching performance Small-group class: $15–20 per 50-minute class, negotiable according to experience and teaching capability Payment method: PayPal (primary payment method); alternative payment methods are negotiable Payment cycle: Monthly settlement
Prior small-group teaching experience is required for group class assignments. Candidates will be asked relevant questions about small-class management during the interview.
