Salary & Benefits Benefit Details Salary BD 6,975 – BD 8,503 per year, tax-free (based on qualifications & experience) Tuition Discount at ACA 25% discount on ACA tuition fees for up to 2 children Leave Entitlement As per Bahrain Labour Law End-of-Service Indemnity As per Bahrain Labour Law Contract Length 2 years (renewable)
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field. • Valid teaching license or certification. • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and play-based learning approaches. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues. • Patient, creative, and energetic with a genuine love for working with young children. Preferred: • 1–2 years of classroom experience in an Early Years or Pre-K setting; new graduates are welcome to apply.
