The candidate must possess the appropriate immigration status and work authorization to be legally employed in Mexico through the company's payroll. What profile do we need? Bachelor’s degree in Education or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages course (desirable). Previous experience in roles such as teaching, student guidance, coaching, or mentoring young people. Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to follow up and support the development of others. Ability to provide personalized guidance and closely monitor students’ progress.
