I have a wealth of experience and would like the opportunity to play an active influential role in school leadership. In my previous role as Senco at AGS I provided leadership and guidance across the whole school for students, teachers and parents. Advocating for the best interests of the students and making sure that all EHCP were adhered to and used to their fullest in order to support students to reach their full potential. This was particularly challenging as parents in the Middle East are sometimes reluctant to provide additional support or diagnosis for their children due to the stigma attached in that region.
