I started my career in South Africa, where I developed a strong foundation in teaching, English literacy, assessment and pastoral support. Since moving to the UAE, I’ve worked within the Taaleem environment and most recently at Al Azm Charter School, where I’ve been involved not only in teaching but also in curriculum, behaviour, assessment, intervention and supporting colleagues. I’m particularly passionate about English because it gives students a voice. My experience includes curriculum planning, differentiated instruction, assessment, classroom management, student wellbeing, pastoral care and collaboration with colleagues.
