Fitness professional with over 9 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, holding a Master’s degree in Sport and Physical Education and three Les Mills certifications. Experienced in coaching, motivating clients, including kids 13-14 years old, leading group sessions, and creating engaging fitness environments. While I do not have formal PE teaching experience yet, my strong background in sports, fitness, communication, education and working with people and kids provides a solid foundation for transitioning into a PE Teacher role in a GCC school environment.
