Introduction

Hello, I am an English teacher with 18 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have worked with students of different age groups, proficiency levels, and learning needs. I have taught a wide range of learners, from children and high school students to university preparatory students and adults. This has given me a strong understanding that every student learns at a different pace and has unique strengths, challenges, and goals. For this reason, I always plan my lessons according to each student’s level and individual needs. In addition to holding a degree in English Language Teaching, I also have a CELTA certificate. Through my experience in university preparatory programs, private schools, and one-to-one tutoring, I have developed strong expertise in both General English and Academic English. For many years, I have actively taught speaking, school support English, grammar, vocabulary development, reading, writing, and listening skills. I have also worked in assessment, where I gained experience in exam preparation, material design, and identifying students’ weaknesses in order to support their progress more effectively. This allows me to make my lessons not only informative but also well-structured, goal-oriented, and efficient. My priority in every lesson is to help students truly understand English and feel comfortable expressing themselves with confidence. For this reason, I do not follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I shape each lesson around the student’s specific needs. Some students need speaking practice, some need support with schoolwork, and others want to build a strong foundation from the beginning. I adapt the lesson content accordingly and, when necessary, provide additional materials, revision activities, and level-appropriate exercises to support the student’s progress. I explain topics clearly and simply, using plenty of examples and practice to encourage active participation. My aim is not only to teach English, but also to help students use what they learn effectively and gain confidence in the language. My lessons are suitable for middle school students, high school students, university students, and adults. I can work with learners from beginner to advanced level.
