About Me

When I first started teaching English as a Foreign Language, I was not all that sure I would enjoy the work as it was such a huge change to my previous career. However, I can genuinely say that I now love nothing more than helping people from all walks of life achieve their goals in English - whatever they may be. When I an not teaching or working as a content writer, I like to either take long strolls in the local park, read a good book, or just catch up on one of the many TV shows I enjoy streaming on a regular basis. I am also an avid football supporter, with Aston Villa being the team I will support forever more!

Teaching experience

I started out in TEFL teaching back in 2003. My journey in this specialism began in Thailand where I embarked on teaching all levels and age groups. I eventually moved on to delivering English language training to corporate clients across Bangkok and neighbouring regions. After many years in Thailand, I relocated to Hanoi, Vietnam where I continued to train professionals - providing solutions to improve their communication skills in the workplace.
